All joints are morticed, tenoned and wedged
All windows are grooved on heads, cills and jambs to take weather bars and D.P.C.
Sashes and fanlights are semi-projecting to prevent any weather penetration
All joinery is sanded
All joinery is factory treated with a preservative prior to delivery to limit weathering during storage on site and construction
All windows are manufactured with horns to head
